In the Brewery Museum of Irsee Monastery Brewery, then and now become one. From the museum, visitors can look directly into the brewhouse, walk past the fermentation tanks and descend into the cool cellar vaults where the Kloster Urtrunk beer matures slowly and steadily - just like the old days.
